Return Policy

1. We are committed to quality assurance and guarantee our products to be free from any defects.
2. These are custom made bags and we accept return of the product only if its supplied by JumboBagShop to the client, in damaged condition.
3. Any refund requests will need to be communicated to JumboBagShop within 5 days of receipt of product by the customer.
4. Only unused bags will qualify for return, subject to it meeting above mentioned criteria in points 2,3.
5. After the return has been approved, JumboBagShop will setup the pickup from your location and upon our inspection the credit will be issued within one week.
6. In case of product not found defective, Customer pays freight costs both sides.

Cancellation

Once your order has been authorized and shipped, it is considered final. To cancel an order that has not been shipped, please call Customer Service immediately at +91- 99798 80522
